Elizabeth Johnson is an accomplished media professional with more than 20 years of experience leading and coaching teams to achieve professional success at some of the most prominent news organizations in the country, including Knight Ridder and Tribune Media. Her extensive background includes creating and facilitating coaching and training programs for large and small groups on business development, marketing, sales and digital content creation.

Elizabeth believes professional advancement is accomplished through continuing education, understanding organizational and client needs, working collaboratively and proactively solving client challenges. She is passionate about helping develop people as they progress in their careers and advancing diversity in corporate management.

In 2017, Elizabeth formally started her interior design firm, Liz Johnson Design Studio serving clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with an emphasis in Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. She specializes in creating functional and contemporary interiors for both residential and commercial spaces.
