Carolyn leads business development and client relations for LeadvantEDGE, seeking to build trust with current and potential clients, understand industry needs and opportunities, and ultimately identify, negotiate, and manage our strategic partnerships. She excels at supporting the success of current client relationships, ensuring that we deliver development and coaching programs with excellence and integrity.
Carolyn brings 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, operations and customer relations in various industries including professional development, financial services, distribution, B2B appointment setting, retail, marketing and advertising. As a key member of sales and management teams, she was responsible for developing new business opportunities and highly empathetic client relationships, while earning a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service.
Carolyn lives outside of Boston, with her supportive husband, Greg, their two children, Benjamin and Rachel, and their dogs, Brody and Cody. She escapes it all by retreating to the beaches of Cape Cod and Delray Beach.
Carolyn is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education.
