
Jeanne Fox-Alston
Jeanne Fox Alston has extensive experience in developing and delivering leadership development and diversity and inclusion programs.
In successive roles at the Newspaper Association of America, the major trade association for the newspaper industry, as Vice President/Diversity, Vice President/Diversity and Talent Management and Vice President/NAA Foundation, she directed programs to help news companies transfer their cultures, increase readership and retain diverse talent. (NAA is now the News Media Alliance.)
Prior to joining NAA, she served as executive director of the National Association of Multicultural Media Executives (NAMME). Before joining NAMME, she worked for 14 years at The Washington Post, where she was responsible for recruiting and hiring for The Post newsroom. She has also worked at the Kansas City Times, Detroit Free Press and Chicago Tribune.
After retiring from NAA, Fox Alston started her own business, Your Space Made to Order LLC, in which she helps individuals and businesses with organizing, downsizing, move management and space planning.
