
Marcia Kimm
With more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, nonprofit practice and adult education, Marcia Kimm-Jackson is a committed and effective professional and Coach. Having coached corporate professionals and leaders in various sectors, she has a brand as a personable, insightful and compassionate Coach and professional development guide.
Marcia spent nearly 19 years as a Human Resources Specialist with the Federal Reserve System where she was responsible for the planning, design, delivery and assessment of Bank-wide training. In this role she has led workshops on Ethics, Harassment, Customer Service, Mentoring, Hazard Communication and Employee Orientation. She was also a key facilitator and project team member of several organization-wide strategic-initiatives focused on Diversity, Mentoring, Customer Service, and Employee Satisfaction. In addition, she has consulted with Dartmouth College, the METCO Program and the TJX Corporation on various topics including career development, team building and organizational change management. She is currently pursing certification on Nonprofit Practice.
Ms. Kimm-Jackson completed training as a Professional/Life Coach in the tradition of the Coaches Training Institute, is trained as a strengths-based practitioner in the Appreciative Inquiry methodology and is certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator by the National Employment Counselors Association and an Emotional Intelligence Coach by Learning in Action. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education and is currently a candidate for a Nonprofit Leadership Certificate from Tufts University Center for Civic Life and the Institute for Nonprofit Practice.
